This is a Blog devoted to the fruits of my musings upon matters of life, family, society and spirit. I hope to share some inspiring thoughts on these matters. I do not always guarantee that you will understand or enjoy everything on this site, but hopefull there will be some inspiration for everyone. I can also not claim to be all wise, so if you have a comment to contribute to anything shared on this blog, feel free to do so.
Why am I being so mysterious about who I am? Well, there are two reasons for this.
The first is that I am still a great believer in keeping ’secret’ some aspects of ourselves to help create a ripe environment within ourselves for growth. I do however also believe that some of the fruits of that growth should be shared with others.
The second is that there are still a lot of poeple out there who still believe that being a person interested in inner or spiritual growth, is somehow incompatible with being a reponsible, highly placed or professional person in modern rational society. For their sake, and for mine, I will therefore withold my name.

Update! – New Section on the blog. 14.07.2008
I have added a new page to the Blog called ‘Practices for Spirit, Soul & Body’. In this section I will add some of the more powerful and private excercises and techniques that I have found useful over the years. This part of the page is password protected. If you wish to gain access to it, you will first need to satisfy me that you take your spiritual journey serious enough. I would also expect that you have read some of the general posts on the blog. I will also expect you to provide me with some feedback about your experiences with the excercises.
